Q4 2020 Performance of Top Business Finance Apps on Android in the UK

As the year 2020 wrapped up, the UK's Business Finance & Business Solutions sector on Android observed interesting trends. Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look at how the top applications fared during the fourth quarter.

QBSE experienced a decline in downloads from 4K to under 3K towards the year's end, with a notable spike to nearly 5K in the last week of December. Weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at over 20K in early October and ending with over 21K in the final week of December.

Another app from Intuit Inc., QuickBooks Online Accounting, showed a similar downward trend in downloads from 1.5K to just over 1K. Meanwhile, its weekly active users dipped from 13K to 11K but recovered to over 13K by the end of December.

BILL's Invoice2go: Easy Invoice Maker saw its downloads remain steady around the 600 mark, with a surge to over 900 in the third week of December. Active users started at 633, dropped to the low 600s, and rose again to 829 by the year's end.

Invoice Maker & Billing App by Invoice Home Inc. maintained a consistent download pattern, ranging from around 200 to 300 per week, and concluded the quarter with 183 downloads in the final week. Its active users saw a slight decrease from over 2K to 1.7K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Mileage Tracker & Log - MileIQ presented a varied revenue trend, with a notable peak in early November at over 2K USD and a descent to 1.7K USD by the year's end. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a sudden drop in the third week of December to just 29, but recovered to 178 in the final week. Active users hovered around 1.2K, showing minimal fluctuation throughout the quarter.
